Ferns are a very ancient family of plants. They predate the beginning of the Mesozoic era, 360 million years ago. When the asteroid hit, causing the mass extinction, even the lush and towering coniferous forests that had marked the Cretaceous period disappeared. For roughly a decade, there was only cold and darkness. Ferns are very hardy plants and the first to return in the decades after the impact and firestorms that raged over the earths surface. The root systems can survive and grow back and the spores can carry very far and germinate even after decades. They are a testament to perseverance, no destruction is forever as renewal and growth will always happen once the dust settled.
This cheerful Fern grinder has a beautiful soft green base with bright yellow veins running over the textured outside of the toy. It’s inspired by summer meadows, green grass and yellow flowers dancing in the wind.
Given that porcelain is a non-porous material, it is compatible with any type of intimate lubricant. It top surface is glazed for ease of use so less lubricant is needed while the back is bare porcelain which has more grip to it. Clean with cold or lukewarm water and dish soap or any available toy-cleaner. The material is cast thick and while it’s very strong and almost unbreakable it can get damaged when it comes in contact with a hard surface. Use it in a soft environment. If the toy sustains any damage or exhibits chipping, discontinue its usage immediately.
