Shipping policy
Ordered items will be packed in a nondescript brown box.
Delivery takes place via PostNL to the address provided by the customer. STRMGSM is responsible for the proper delivery of the product. Upon delivery, any further issues in regards to the product become the responsibility of the customer. (The risk with regard to the products is transferred to the customer at the time of delivery.) If the box arrives damaged please take pictures before and during unpacking of the product.
Your order will be shipped within 5 working days after your order date.
Domestic shipping
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €7,50 for a brievenbuspakje/mailbox parcel and €12,50 for a normal parcel. This includes track and trace, having to sign when receiving, and insurance. The delivery time in the Netherlands is usually the day after shipping. However, the delivery time varies between one and ten working days.
EU shipping
Shipping within the EU costs €10,00 for a brievenbuspakje/mailbox parcel and €20,00 for a normal parcel. For delivery to countries within Europe, an extra delivery time of approximately five working days is used, it is usually within 14 working days.
Pick up
Orders can be picked up at Schans 13, Heerenveen. If a pick up is preferable, an email will be sent to confirm an appointment. Pickup is possible during workdays from 10:00 till 20:00 and sometimes it’s possible during weekends.
Delayed, damaged or lost orders
The delivery times given are indicative only. Exceeding any delivery period does not entitle the customer to compensation or the right to cancel an order or to dissolve the agreement, unless the exceeding of the delivery period is such that it cannot reasonably be expected that you maintain the agreement.
All shipment are insured, if the outside of the package shows any signs of damage please photograph or film the damage and the process of opening it, as that will make a claim with the postal service go much smoother. Please email info@STRMGSM.com right away with attached proof of damage. Claims must be filed with PostNL within 7 days of delivery.
Return and refund policy
As soon as the product has been received, the customer has the obligation to check whether the product is satisfactory . If this is not the case, the customer has the right to return the product up to 14 days of delivery. The costs for returns are at the customers own expense. The product can be exchanged or the price of the product will be refunded to the specified bank account within 14 days.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, toys: dildos, butt plugs, whips, nipple clamps, and other products that are used intimately or directly onto skin cannot be returned unless these products are sealed, and unopened. The hygiene seal is a transparent plastic seal through which the product can be visibly inspected.
The item should be shipped back within 10 work days in the same packaging it was received in or suitable replacement and a tracking code will be provided. After receiving the product in the same state as it was sent out will be refunded within 5 workdays. The same payment method used by the customer will be used for reimbursement.
